Business Enterprise has been valuing real property since its founding in 1972. We are State of California licensed real estate appraisers, also achieving designations by the Appraisal Institute and American Society of Appraisers.

Our firm has valued real property in most West Coast States. Much of our real estate appraisal work has been performed in connection with estate tax, estate planning, charitable contributions and appeals with the assessor’s office. We also provide Fractional Interest Discount valuations on real property.

Our goal is to provide quality valuations at a competitive price and within a reasonable turn-around. We work with our clients to provide a custom project scope that most effectively meets the client’s needs.

While much of our valuation work involves common property types such as residences, office buildings, retail properties, multi-family properties, and industrial assets, we have diverse skills in the valuation of unique assets. We have valued funeral homes and cemeteries, mineral rights, land developments, hotels and resorts, and many others property types.
