Larry Grant, ASA 		LARRY GRANT, ASA

Mr. Grant has provided valuation and related services to other professionals in the community since 1959. A University of California Los Angeles graduate, he has appeared as an expert witness before various U.S. Federal Courts and the Superior Court of the State of California in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Kern and San Bernardino Counties and before the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Grant founded BEACo in 1972 and continues to provide his expertise and appraisal services on a full time basis.

He is a fully certified and accredited Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers in the specialty of Business Valuation and Real Property, as well as a former commercial panelist of the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Grant has addressed various local bar associations and the state bar convention on various valuation topics, as well as appearing as a lecturer at appraisal seminars, continuing education of the bar classes, and before other professional organizations. His article "The Business Appraiser" has been referenced by the legal community since 1988.

Larry has been married for over 40 years and has two children and two grandchildren. He resides in Oxnard and Calabasas.


Robert Weinstock

Mr. Weinstock's focus has centered on providing valuation services and analyses of financial, economic, business and valuation issues for clients in a wide array of litigated and non litigated settings since he joined Business Enterprise Appraisal in1984. He has testified as an expert witness before numerous California Superior Courts and Federal Court.

Mr. Weinstock received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Theory from California State University, Northridge as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the San Fernando Valley College of Law and has been admitted to the California Bar, U.S. District Court and U.S. Tax Court.

He is a designated member of the Institute of Business Appraisers after having passed a comprehensive examination. In addition, he is an attorney member of the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, Ventura and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. He holds a California Real Estate Sales license as well as a California Real Estate Appraisal license.

Mr. Weinstock is currently on the Board of Directors for the San Fernando Valley Estate Planning Council (immediate past President) as well as currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section. In addition, Mr. Weinstock serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court of Ventura County in Departments 21 and S4. He has acted as presiding Judge for in excess of 300 cases, beginning in 2003.

Robert is married to Pam and has two children, Mitchel and Cara. He holds an FAA pilots license, an advanced and mixed air Scuba certificate, and resides in Camarillo.



Adam M. McArthur, CFA, ASA 		ADAM M. McARTHUR, CFA, ASA

Adam M. McArthur is a Principal with Business Enterprise Appraisal Company, Inc. He has extensive experience in the valuation of closely held corporations, intangible assets, partnerships and professional practices. Mr. McArthur’s assignments include both litigated and non-litigated matters. He has prepared valuations for a wide array of assignments, including appraisals prepared for estate and gift tax purposes, ESOP transactions, M&A transactions and various other purposes.

Mr. McArthur has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute (formerly the Association for Investment Management and Research) and the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in the discipline of business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers. Mr. McArthur received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the California State University at Northridge.

Mr. McArthur maintains memberships in various organizations including the CFA Institute, the American Society of Appraisers, the Institute of Business Appraisers, and the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts.

Ryan McDonald, ASA 		Ryan McDonald, ASA

Ryan McDonald is a Valuation and Project Manager with Business Enterprise Appraisal Company, Inc. Since joining the firm five years ago, his efforts have focused on providing appraisal services including the valuation of privately-held corporations, real estate holding companies, intangible assets and built-in capital gains analysis for clients in litigated and non litigated matters. Mr. McDonald’s experience includes valuations for an array of purposes including Estate Planning and Gifting, Estate Tax, ESOP Formations, S-Corporation Conversions, Eminent Domain and Lost Profits Analysis.

Mr. McDonald is a fully accredited Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) in the specialty of Business Valuation. Ryan is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the California State University at Northridge in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance.

Ryan is married to his wife Rachel and resides in Moorpark, California.
